Hello everyone.

This is my second Inspire HR  (replaced because of a faulty one) and it just stopped working after going in the water. I can actually see the droplets of water inside it. Wasn't it supposed to be waterproof? I even tried leaving inside a bowl with rice and with salt to get the moisture out, but no way, it's still therw. Of course it won't turn on and when I put it to charge it heats up very quickly. 

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi @josias.italy usually a wet Fitbit is placed into dry rice for at least two days. Charging it while seeing visible water droplets isn't a good idea. You could fry the battery.

Hi @Odyssey13 . Thanks for your reply.

The droplets disapeared and  then I charged it. But I guess the heat from charging made the droplets come back.
