won't come on

I set up the Fitbit, it says it's  synced and it's charged at 100%.  it did show the date, I was looking around on it and everything was fine....All of a sudden it just stopped.  The green light on the back of the fitbit is flickering but it will not come on.  The face is black.  I've held the side buttons at 5 secs and 10 secs.  I don't know what else to do. Please help.

I was going to return the fitbit.  I went to my son and he Youtubed it.  FIXED....all he did was change the "face".  It worked.
