yet another confusion

I bought the Inspire HR which is supposed to auto detect activities/exercises. And yet the only detection it has done so far outside of steps is when I did an extensive walk the other day (for me LOL.) It detected the 5000+ steps as well as the heart rate and cals burned just fine. But that's it. Unless I do an extensive workout (at my level) it will not detect anything. Just did a full routine (about 10-15min)  of the 5 Tibetan yoga and not one thing was detected. No HR except on the device itself and not helpful to have to constantly look at Inspire and stop what I'm doing to check my HR. Steps are fine (although not sure about accuracy yet). The Inspire HR is supposed to auto-detect activities right> Yoga and walking and such?

Hi @Mossyfrog The inspire HR will auto detect certain activities - walk, run, swim, bike to name a few, but yoga is NOT one of them. To get the Inspire HR to recognise Yoga you need to use the Yoga exercise shortcut and start and stop the activity on the tracker. Have a read of the Inspire HR Manual, especially pages 24 25 and 26 to understand exercise tracking better. Thatwill also help you with how to use the exercose shortcuts.

Thank you so much NellyG! I did not know that. I was told when I bought that it would and Yoga was one of them it would recognize. Oh well. still love it! Though still trying to understand the Heart rate monitor. I'll reread the manual and thanks for letting me know what page to look for. have a great day NellyG.
