I received my Versa yesterday and started the process to set it up. I was receiving messages saying that I was not connected to WIFI but my phone is connected. It has been updating now for 14 hours and still not there. This is very discouraging because the Versa had great reviews which is why I purchased it. Never had this issue with the HR

The message is telling you that your Versa is not connected to wifi, not your phone. You cannot to your home wifi via the app. Also, make sure you have it on the charger at the time.

I understand that I need to connect to my WIFI. I have tried multiple times and it get the message that it cannot connect. My phone is connected to my WIFI but the Versa won't connect. I finally turned off the WIFI and it seems to be going through the updates but it is taking forever..
