Hi! I have a Versa and my husband has a Charge 2. We both have seperate accounts, seperate phones, etc. We both have text notifications on - but we get texts sent to the other person, as well as our own if we are in the same room! Is there any way to get the seperate Fitbits to only get notifications for the phone it is Bluetoothed to? Thanks!

Hi, @eirefire22! That's very strange. I would suggest going into each of your phone's bluetooth settings and making sure that you only have your own tracker added. You might even want to forget all trackers  on the phone and then re-add in your own tracker by syncing.

I believe @MakMak is on the right track. The Fitbit app can only send notifications to devices that show up in the bluetooth device list of trusted devices.

Not knowing what phones I suggest phone settings - bluetooth - then remove our forget (whichever it is)

If you both have the same tracker, then yes, forget/remove both from both phones.

@eirefire22 this can happen if at some point the trackers got paired with other phone. I found something weird. Even when I forget my versa from my phone Bluetooth settings, it repairs itself without my permission. So if removing the tracker from Bluetooth settings doesn't help, please factory reset (wipe) your versa and re-add to your account.

Note: Charge 2 gets automatically wiped once you remove it from your account. So, all your husband has to do is to remove and re-add the tracker to his account. Of course, you have to double check charge 2 is not paired with your phone.
