I've been looking and have not been able to locate the option for a 24 hour time format for the clock. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Any idea what to do if you've synced it but it's still not showing 24 hours?

I had the same issue, but after a couple attempts it worked. So not sure if another attempt or two would solve it.

From the desktop site, not the app, go to your dashboard and click on settings (the gear icon) and click on the settings tab. You'll see see the time clock preference  Pick 12 or 24 hour and submit  Then just sync your watch from your app.

Yes, once you figure it out, it took me awhile to actually find the info on my own, which was irritating  Lol  But I'm glad I can help!

Hello @MommaM thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for having tried to change the way the time shows on your Versa. Please note that some clock-faces will only display the time in a 12h setting even if you have changed it to 24h. To test this, select a Fitbit clock-face from the Fitbit app after you have changed the clock to 24h. If the time shows correctly, that means the clock-face you were using only supports time in the 12h setting.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

@SunsetRunner I wonder if it's the clockface you are using. It might be ignoring the setting. Try changing to a different clockface to see if that works.
