I bought my watch Fitbit Versa 2 on Saturday and it is now Wednesday and it still can’t seem to complete the Firmware update, I’ve tired via wifi and Bluetooth and conducted all troubleshooting advice given and it still show that after the latest 14 hour attempt that it is stuck at halfway. Can anyone offer any advice??
@TashhhDeakin023 Have you tried with wifi? Add wifi in fitbit mobile app, place Versa in the charging dock to enable wifi and re-start the process.
