I had the Fitbit light and it had problems so I switched to the Fitbit versa 2, 2 months later it does the same thing screen goes blank and fuzzy and staticky how am I supposed to support a product that doesn't have a guarantee. They offer me 35% off a new product but if a product only lasts 2 months it's not worth 35% of anything

Hi @SysOpGeek - if you have only had the Versa 2 for 2 months it's covered by warranty which is 1 to 2 years depending on country law.
If it is indeed faulty and covered by warranty the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back you where you bought it for replacement with a new one, hopefully over the counter.
