My Fitbit Versa used to automatically record afternoon naps. After the recent update, about August 29th, 2019, my Fitbit Versa does not record naps, these are 2 or 3 hour naps in the afternoon. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer recording your naps.
I would recommend performing a restart by following these instructions.
If you continue experiencing the same problem and you have set your Sleep Tracking to Normal please change to Sensitive to see if the issue gets resolved. You can find this feature if you go online to fitbit.com > Settings > Devices > Sleep tracking. Please make sure to sync your device everytime you make a change to your Fitbit account.

I go into fitbit.com, into settings, into device and it just says information about the device with no options to select any changes.
