I previously had a Fitbit versa special edition that I signed up and never got to use due to a defect. I returned the defected one and bought another. I have just signed the new one up and can now no longer find the option for my 3 month free trial. Only a 7 day one. Everything has been synced and logged in yet I never got the trial that I was expecting when I paid for the more expensive watch

Let me help you with your 3 months premium trial period. Not sure why you aren't seeing the option. Did you activate this when you got your first device? In any case I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
