I have just received my Versa 2 but can't configure it.
The Versa 2 has no picture displayed on the Fitbit app on iOS and it's not even listed on the Windows Store app...
When I try to configure it on iOS, I get error message : "fitbit versa 2 com.fitbit.http 404. I've restated the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app with no avail...
I just received a nice watch I can't even use 😟

Just a guess: is your phone language French? If so, I found a similar 404 error problem with this work-around:
"I've been finally able to linked it by switching my Iphone language to English (my Iphone is in French).
Once you have switch the language, you'll be able to link the watch. Once linked return in your Iphone settings and switch the language again to the one you had before."

Hi @sdemigne the Versa 2 can't be set up on Windows 10. I'll notify a moderator to stop by to assist you with getting set up. There was an app update yesterday, if you don't have it - 3.6.1 version is the latest.

I understand on Windows 10 but it's not working on my iPhone.
I do have Fitbit version3.6.1 (868) on iOS 12.4. I can't configure it. I get a 404.

@JohnnyRow @Odyssey13 thanks for your help here! I've notified the team and they are currently investigating. The workaround is to set it up in English, then switch back to French.
