5% battery

My Versa says it's on 100% while on the charging dock, but only 5% when I take it off charge after charging for ages! I've only had it for about 3 months. I've given it a factory reset and updated the software and everything, but it's still not working properly. So annoyed!

Hi @Mcincheese,

 

Contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) right away and ask them to help administer a Battery Test.  Your Versa battery shouldn't be acting like that, so my guess is you have a faulty battery.  If this is proven true by the test, ask Support if they would be open to an exchange.
