My daughter's bought me a versa lite for mothers day and it was great until a couple of months ago and then I started having all kinds of problems and did everything that everyone in the forum suggested and nothing worked. Then I was told to set back to factory setting and now it won't do anything. HELP I MISS MY VERSA LITE..........
