Hi,
I just have a new phone and when installing all the apps and logging back into everything, I noticed I wasn’t able to log back into fitbit. Now I see an e-mail from December that my personal e-mail address (I can give details when necessary) has been changed into epg57ba67epwg01@getnada.com
At the time I didn’t notice the e-mail, so I’m too late to change it back and now I have no access to my personal data. Fitbit, can you please make sure I can get all my data back and of course make sure that it’s MY e-mail address? Now I creates a new account, but I really want my data back. Thank you!!
