This is my second Fitbit Versa and now it’s completely dead. I was on vacation at the pool and I noticed that the screen started getting the lines of death on it. Once I got back to my room my Fitbit was completely dead. I’ve tried charging it and when I look through the app it says I have battery left in it. I’ve tried holding all three buttons down to no avail and I’ve tried contacting the support through the app and it tells me there was an error. Help! Please.
Ugh.... this is so frustrating! I miss my Fitbit, wish they would fix whatever is going on with the Versas or replace the faulty ones with a different model. At this point I wouldn’t mind getting a different model.
Best AnswerGood luck, their customer service is awful, I have been complaining about problems with my versa for months. After implementing one of their "solutions" now the back button doesn't work. They have offered me 25% off a new one. They must be crazy to think I would buy another one. This company is terrible.

Best AnswerOh no! Yeah, they can’t expect us to pay for another faulty device. Obviously the Versa is experiencing several problems.
Maybe they should just offer a different model at no cost.
Best AnswerAgree everything went funky on mine and just died....I left it for about 2-3 days and then put it on charge and it started again.....I had been doing a lot of swimming in the sea....needless to say my lower right button does nothing now
