I have had my Fitbit Versa which was the limited edition in lilac for less than a month and the strap has discoloured in the band very quickly. Fitbit have refused to change the strap or even offer a discount on a new one? I don’t use any tanning products or have come into contact with anything that would have discoloured.
how can this be correct??

Hi Teresa,
I’ve had the same issue. Band became discoloured on my Versa, very badly within 6 months - don’t use fake tan etc and I followed the online care instructions. The product is obviously faulty but FitBit refuse to replace it.
Think I’ll be recommending Apple Watches instead, or failing that, I’ve heard the much cheaper imitation straps for sale on Amazon are of good quality. Poor quality for a premium price....
