Can I get my AOL server mail notifications on the Versa? Or only gmail ?

If so, how? Where to set up?

Hello @mdn8blu, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that your Versa is able to receive Notifications from any app, including the AOL Mail app. In order to enable these Notifications, you should receive a push Notification from that specific app first. Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications > App Notifications and scroll down the list of apps until you find the AOL Mail one. Enable it, you will now receive Notification form this app.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you.  I cannot seem to figure out how to turn on the push notifications for AOL. When I go into the fit bit app and I go to notifications I see a spot for e-mail but there is nothing showing under it nor can I click on it to get further information.

Hello @mdn8blu, thank for coming back, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

Please note that if you're not able to see AOL in the list of apps under "mail" in Notifications, it will not be selectable. Instead, you can add it under "App Notifications":

Now, for the AOL app to show in here, you will need to receive a push Notification from the app first. A push Notification is a notification you're able to see while your phone is locked. Once you receive a push Notification from the AOL app, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications > App Notifications and search the AOL app in the list here and enable it. If the app doesn't show up, pull down the screen to refresh the list.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
