Looked down at my fitbit, the whole glass face was flipped open, hinging on the bottom part, allowing me to see the electronic insides of the versa. I flipped it closed and the watch still works. Anyone had a similar experience

I've seen a few posts with the same problem. They don't tend to be repairable so hopefully you will still be within warranty. First step in a claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have reported it to fitbit support and they've asked for photos and details about when bought (1 year and 1 week ago ...) and where I live.
