Versa screen is falling off

Looked down at my fitbit, the whole glass face was flipped open, hinging on the bottom part, allowing me to see the electronic insides of the versa. I flipped it closed and the watch still works. Anyone had a similar experienceScreenshot_20190827-155711_Gallery.jpg

I've seen a few posts with the same problem. They don't tend to be repairable so hopefully you will still be within warranty. First step in a claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have reported it to fitbit support and they've asked for photos and details about when bought (1 year and 1 week ago ...) and where I live.
