I am posting to the forum only because I can't find a link to customer service. This seems the only way to get some help. I bought the Versa Lite 2 days ago and have had multiple problems:

 

 

HR tracking not accurate much of the time: I check manually and it is 15-20 beats off

Sleep Tracking very inaccurate: Says I am awake for part of the night when I am not. Sensitivity is set to normal. I edited the log to reflect  what is accurate and saved but now the log has suddenly disappeared altogether.

 

Water entered on the watch not syncing with the app. Today app is updated. I see some steps to fix it but at this point its ridiculous. 

 

I got this watch because I am very ill and homebound and am trying to track these things in an effort to try to recover. I've spent half of my daily energy allotment on these bugs.
