Heart rate sensor is off,

The green sensor on my versa is not on, stopped tracking yesterday at 3:30pm.  Watch is also quickly switching between exercise and notification screen without me touching screen.  Watch is going crazy like it has a short.

Restart it several times. If that doesnt fix it you will need ro do a Factory Reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). Let us know how you go

Hi,

Thanks for replying. I did all those things and my sensor still isn't
working plus other issues. I've already spoken with tech support on the
phone and will proceed as advised.
