Accepting Change via Versa 2

I thought when I first got my Versa 2 that I could accept a challenge directly from my watch. However it's not giving me that option any longer. I have to go through the app on my phone to accept. Is there a setting I need to change? Or is that option just no longer available?

Hi @ShellyAnn 

You will need to accept the change on your mobile app. I don't remember every being able to accept a challenge on any of my Fitbits. If that functionality was available it must have been a long time ago, way before we had the first Versa. 

I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, but it a simple process to accept the challenge on your phone.
