Accident iPhone destroyed

I had a bad accident on the 22/12/2020. As a result the phone my Versa was synced to was destroyed. Whilst I was in hospital, inadvertently, my code was incorrectly inputed (with my tossing and turning)  and now my versa just says ‘unlock with phone’ but I can’t unlock it because it does not recognise my new phone. I have tried everything but I cannot download or save any stats from my versa and I have no idea how to move on. Please help. I have done a hard reset but to no avail. I have the same phone number of my last phone with the same SIM but it will not recognise anything about the phone. When it says input the pin I get no message to my phone. Sxx

@TrustyTrusty - You mentioned you tried a “hard reset.” What other people in the forums have said worked is a factory reset. Please try these steps and let us know if it unlocks your device.  You may have to try this a couple times.

  • On your Versa 2, hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  • When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
