I have a versa lite watch recently .I hardly walk and exercise and my watch shows that my steps are over 10 thousands and 2000 calories. This morning i wore my watch, walked 5 minutes to the station and it shows 600 steps and 550 calories already in 5 minutes. This can’t be accurate

The calories are probably explainable by BMR (basal metabolic rate) which Fitbit includes.  These are the calories you are always burning just by being alive.

See How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
