I just got my fitbit versa yesterday and it is still downloading a day later. What should I do?

I would kill the update from the device your using and then restart the update. You may also have to restart the tracker. .By now I'm sure that it has been disconnected from the server .
Normally if I don't see an increase in 39 minutes iIstart again .
Also if the problem cintinues, try switching from WiFi to Bluetooth to update .
Also it might be helpful to know which device is being used to update the tracker and if the update is being done through WiFi or Bluetooth .
