Active Minutes after Update

I updated my Versa Lite after two workouts today (which included fat burn, cardio, and peak zones between the two). Before the update all of the cardio information was correct, including active zone. After the update it says everything is 100% below zones, and my active zone time is gone. When I click and expand the workouts the average and max BPM are listed and are well into the various zones. Is anyone having a similar issue? Tried contacting support but got disconnected.

I have exactly the same issue with my Versa 2. Is so frustrating! I tried to change my hart rate zones manually but doesn’t work. My watch is 4 months old and if I can sort this out basically I have a useless exercise tracker for £200! I want my old active minutes and hart rate zones back😭

This has been posted about loads elsewhere on the forum.  The problem is that the new AZM calculation doesn't take into consideration any exercise you have done on the day of the update before you actually do the update.  It caused me a bit of concern too.  It does work on any subsequent exercise.

My advice to anyone who hasn't updated is to do it early in the day before any exercise sessions if you can.
