Gadgets are meant to ease someone's life. But versa has made my life irritable, frustrated. The clock face is not opening. Even installing fitbit's clock faces also. Tried logging out and again logged in, uninstalled fitbit and reinstalling, made factory reset to the tracker. Nothing works except reinstalling the fitbit app again. But the clock face changes only once and no more. To hell with this stupid product

Thanks for the response. As you advised, I restarted my versa. Forced stopped my fitbit, unpaired versa from my Bluetooth. Resynced the app, then also the clock face is not loading. It only is working if I am uninstalling the firbit app and reinstalling the app again. I think it's a everyday duty to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I am tired off doing this. Again I see the auto wake up function is also not working. It's only manual pressings that's showing the clock.

We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.
About the Screen Wake no longer working, if you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick menu and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe down and select the two white sticks on the right top corner when the second overlay screen comes down. Then select the bottom right icon and make sure it is on Auto.

Hi thanks for the reply. Before I received your reply, I tried everything but only factory reset and fitbit reinstallation worked. The clock faces worked instantly and the screen wake up feature appeared in the settings. But, after a couple of hours, the same problem surfaced again. Should you think that I would have exhausted.

In regards to the Screen Wake, can you please let me know if you've tried what I suggested above?

Hi thanks for your reply. As I have said earlier I did a factory reset and then the screen wake function appeared and it's working now. But the clock face still continues to show problems with loading even though it worked fine e after factory reset. Please solve this problem else a user has to reset every time he wants to change the clock face.

When can I expect a fix of my clock face problem or should I again reset my tracker and re install the fitbit app to change clock face. This is really frustrating, believe me.
