What is the difference between Active Minutes and Active Zone Minutes? I see both on my Versa watch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

@LaceGrace I think where you are seeing Zone Minutes it's just a shortened term for Active Zone Minutes The 657 "Zone Minutes" is just the total "Active Zone Minutes" since Sunday. So, "Zone Minutes" and "Active Zone Minutes" are the same thing.

Fitbit have a good help file on this at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm

Basically the newer Active Zone Minutes take into account our fitness level

Not sure how you are seeing both on your watch, the Versa series just uses Active Zone Minutes. Where are you seeing Active Minutes?

I'm so sorry! I meant the difference between Active Zone Minutes and Zone Minutes. I see both terms when I view the weekly tally of minutes.

Please see the attached screenshot of the weekly minutes screen.   I read the link you sent and I'm still a little confused. Thank you very much for replying.

Hello @LaceGrace

This Fitbit help article May here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm
😉 Active Minutes are earned from 10 minutes of continuous movement, such as walking or running, while Active Zone Minutes you earn while staying in certain heart rate peak zones.
