I treated myself to a Fitbit Versa for Christmas, I had an Alta before. Yesterday I went for a run (for about an hour) and I set the Exercise Run function on my watch, which worked fine. However, I noticed afterwards that the active minutes were still at zero, on the watch and on my iphone fitbit app. I also noticed that where it shows you the 250+ steps per hour, on my watch it was showing that I had done my 250 steps whilst running, but on the iphone app it showed as I hadn't. I have tried logging out of the fitbit app and back in again, and restarting my watch, but it's still not working.

@J1967 the raw data collected by Versa needs to be fed to Fitbit servers (via Fitbit app) where it will be calculated, and your stats will be synced back to Fitbit app and your Versa. It seems like it's an issue on Fitbit end. You can go and check your Dashboard on Fitbit.com if the data is missing there as well. Hopefully it will sync back sooner rather than later and won't get lost.

I have the Versa2, it showed my 65 active minutes yesterday, then went away. The same thing happened today. That’s 2 days my active minutes did not show and did not sync on the WW app. This Versa2 Smartwatch is not a month old.
