Active Minutes?

I'm not getting credited for any active minutes on my Versa 2.  Went for a 45 minute walk last night and it credited my walk, but no steps or active minutes were credited (Heart rate was turned off) and very low amount of calories (59).  And I just did a workout and steps were credited, but still no active minutes.

@curt81   Active minutes are effort related.  Trackers with heart rate sensors use you heart rate to estimate your calorie burn.  By turning your heart rate sensor off, your Fitbit uses different algorithms to estimate calorie burn.  This can account for the lack of active minutes.  Why do you have your heart rate tracker off?

I am not sure how you got no steps for a 45 minute walk.  Even with the heart rate sensor off, your Versa 2 should have tracked this walk using SmartTrack.  Did you get a record of this walk?

I know active minutes are effort related.  Regardless if I've had the heart rate sensor on in the past or not, my active minutes were always counted with previous devices (most recent the Inspire HR).  The walk was recorded with smarttrack (only part which was accurate).  My second workout had the sensor on.  Everything seemed fine, except the lack of active minutes.
