Active Time Zones

I have just had a replacement Versa 2 sent to me from Fitbit. My last Versa 2 had updated to time zones a while back and I was use to it. When I set up this new Versa 2, it appears to be the old active minutes and not active time zones. I am not sure how I can change it and my app is showing my tracker is up to date.

I do like the active time zones to monitor my heart rate etc.

Thanks in advance.

@Manii Give it a couple days. You should get a firmware update notification and then you'll have zone minutes back after updating.

Thanks Mark. When this does update, will it automatically record my heart rate in exercises undertaken before? For example, did a walk this morning and had an average bpm of 123. Once updated, will the exercise record the time zones?

@Manii You're welcome, Not sure if I understand correctly. For the time being with active minutes, your current data will stay active minutes. They will not convert to zone minutes. Anything going forward once you get the update, will be zone minutes. Just like your data before zone minutes started last year is still active minutes. Is that what you were asking?

Thanks Mark, much appreciated. Yes - that was what I was asking, only because scrolling down my previous stats, all the times I’ve had active time zones, it has converted to active minutes. For example, prior to updating my Versa 2 yesterday, all my exercise last week was recorded as active time zones. However, when I check last weeks now, it has converted it to active minutes. Thanks again.
