Hi everyone:

I have a versa lite which I believe is supposed to track active zone minutes.

However, on my Fitbit app it displays just the “active minutes”. - so the lightning icon and  not the 3 arrows

Can anyone help- I have tried to changed my app settings. Updated my Fitbit app and I am on the latest iOS.

many thanks 😊

Hello @AliceHill and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like you missed the firmware update that made that change.  The current firmware for the Versa Lite is 38.72.1.15.  You can see your firmware in two places.  It is in the Settings app on your Versa Lite in the About section.  Or tap your profile avatar on your mobile app > tap on your Versa Lite tile.  You might want to chat with Support for help.  Under any other circumstance, I would recommend removing your Versa Lite then adding it back by using the + Set Up a Device.  But I don't want to be responsible for causing trouble on a device that is out of warranty.  DO NOT do a Factory Reset!  There was an issue where a factory reset bricked Versa Lites.  And I don't want to be responsible for that!
