Active hours not correct

My app seems to have stop registering my active hours. There is no way I didn’t get 250 steps in two of those hours.  Plus, I got no notification of needing to move all day. So I am pretty sure I always hit that 250.  Very frustrating. This versa isn’t even 2 months old!

Hi, @mommyjenn04! Have you tried going to the next level menu of the app? I've heard some people are having trouble getting it to load until they do this. Worth a try!

 

Also, what is it showing on the web dashboard? Is it correct there?

This happens on Versa as well as my old Charge 2 that my husband now uses. It is outrageous that they cannot get this solved after all this time. Yet they are focusing on Premium and want us to pay when they cannot fix problems that are ongoing. Yes, there are suggestions to make it better but I cannot get any of them to work consistently.
