Active minutes is wrong

My Versa 2 active minutes is only showing 6 minutes. When I go back to previous days it will show the correct minutes for a second and then changes to 6 minutes. I’ve done more than 6 minutes of activity. I’ve tried syncing and updating both the Fitbit app and updated my phone but nothing works. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. Today I worked out for an hour.. 16 min in cardio zone, 38 minutes in fatburn zone, 6 minutes in normal/low zone.. When I look at my heartrate during the workout I see a very long and steady time in cardio and fatburn zone.. But this workout only gave me 36 minutes which just isn’t correct. I will add some pictures to make it more clear.

The more issues I run into the less trust I have in what my Versa shows and calculates.. I start to wonder if other brands like Garmin and Polar are the same or better. Maybe I should switch brands.
