Why aren’t my active minutes recording even though my device is synced?

Is it that your Versa is not giving you active minutes, or that they are jut not getting shown on app?

To check on wrist, scroll down into 'Today' section, then scroll across from the Steps display.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
