My Fitbit won't connect to my Spotify account, despite logging in on the app like it states to on Spotify and titbits website and keeps saying "make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, then sync your device using the fit bit app". My Bluetooth is on and I've synced it multiple times. Thank-you in advance.
