Activity not showing on Versa 2

Hi I purchased my versa 2 a week ago the first day it showed the activity on my watch but has fail to do it since have tried everything that has been suggested I have owned all different fit bit watches this is the first time I’ve encountered a problem hope you can help

Hello. This happened to me too. I bought mine last week and it was showing my recent activity and not anymore. What is the fix for this? Thanks!
