Hello.  What is the update on Fitbit Pay for HSBC?  I would like to see it in Australia. I went to the link given in regards to HSBC just below this reply but I was unable to add comments in there.

@jimjb I took your advice but I'm having some trouble pairing the Apple watch to my (Android) phone. Maybe you can point me to some instructions, I'm about to return the thing.

@--Smeagol-- It's only possible to use the Apple watch with an iPhone, Android phones are not supported. You would need to buy an iPhone if you want to use the Apple watch.

@N8teGee Oh well that's rubbish then. Sounds even worse than the Fitbit! In that case it will be going back, not a good recommendation after all.

Individual banks make a financial investment to participate in both Fitbit Pay and Google Pay.  It's up to the bank to decide.  My bank is one of the top 25 largest banks in the US and it doesn't participate in Fitbit Pay.

In all fairness to @N8teGee, this is an older thread and we believed that Feature Suggestion votes would help get banks to join.  I got a "how this works" explanation at a Google Product Experts Summit.  It's up to the bank to decide.
