Fitbit is apparently open to working with anyone who would like to work with them. I think that statement applies perfectly both to Banks and third-party developers.

 

However, if the bank doesn't really think it's worth getting into a partnership with Fitbit and granting them access to their system so that they can store your cards in your watch, it's not gonna happen.

 

I suggest that you actually ask this to the bank instead.
