When I open my Fitbit dashboard on my Macbook, there is no music icon that I am supposed to look for to download music.  On many sites I am directed to Fitbit.com/setup and when I go there it is a 404 stating That page is following a different trail.  I have tried numerous trouble shooting sites and had live chats with support but no one seems to be able to give concise directions.  Any help?

@tanzer2020 Please take a look at this troubleshooting article as it is pretty detailed. I also found out that:

 

  • the music has to physically reside on your computer
  • can't be DRM protected
  • disabling bluetooth on your computer helps
  • creating several playlists with smaller number of songs to transfer works better than one huge batch
