So, I have some mild trouble syncing my fitbit versa 2 sometimes. So this time, I was once again having trouble, so I decided to try and restart it, to see if that would help boost it along and get it to sync. Well, when it booted back up, I ended up with the message "Data not cleared, Sync & try again" with a big red X.
Ive been browsing the internet for the past couple hours, and nothing I've found has worked. I've tried resetting again. I've tried forgetting the device, turning off my bluetooth, and then turning bluetooth back on again. I even tried deleting the versa from my fitbit account. Nothing has changed anything. I've seen some suggestions that say try doing everything off of wifi, not bluetooth. I dont see that option ANYWHERE- Bluetooth is the only option I ever get.
Please, I need help. I use my fitbit for work and my sleep. I don't know what else to try to fix it.

@SunsetRunner Please see my post here. I know you have Versa 2 but it still should apply. Hopefully.
