Adding Music to Versa

I just received my Versa. I set it up and now would like to transfer Music. I downloaded the Fitbit Connect app for my Mac desktop. I install and it says... App not available for Versa, use mobile app. In the mobile app for the Versa it says to transfer music via desktop... Well, since the desktop app does not allow for this how I am supposed to go about doing this easily.

 

I have read posts here that try and explain and help but it is all a big a mess. I would like an easy solution.
