I bought a Versa 2 and when I went to set up the device it deleted my original Verrsa. Would like to be able to switch devices, but go to aet up the Versa again deletes the 2....HELP using a Samsung Note 10+

You can't have both linked to single account in the same time. It is a known limitation.

I have this same problem but it is with the Versa 2 and the Inspire. I want to use both and apparantly I can't have both on the account at the same time. Why doesn't Fitbit warn people that the Versa 2 is not compatable with their other devices? I can't wear the Versa 2 at work because watches are not allowed, as I work around machinery that it could get caught on. I really like the Versa 2 but I'm thinking about returning it.

I did not know this either! I just set up my Versa 2 and the Versa was deleted. Guess I may have to return it as I wanted both. Does anyone out there in Fitbit land know if there will be an update coming to allow both on the same account?
