Adding a device on versa two ERROR

Omg I am soooo drained , so I brought a versa 2 last year and after ten months of wearing it most days for exercise and step counts , the whole face came apart ! So after calling and resolving it they sent me a new face it arrived Monday , since Monday everyday I have called customer services as adding a device from the app is impossible ! Comes up saying error 403 ! It’s been 4 days and still nothing , every time I ring they say it’s an ongoing issue and you have to just wait until it’s done , but every time they ask me to update my phone and turn it off and on , I’m not stupid and have a brand new phone so everything is all up to date , the first thing I did was delete the app and download it again , turn it off and on , please help ! Need my Fitbit back 🙏😫

Support informed me that you already contacted them. 

Do you have access to another mobile device? Maybe borrowed from someone?

If so you could install the Fitbit app there, and log in. 

Try to setup your Versa 2 with that phone to your account. How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Once setup, you can turn the device off and restart your mobile device and try to sync the Versa 2 with your own phone.
