I have tried to add a Versa Lite as a second device, both through the app on my tablet and online, and cannot succeed. When I do it through the app, when I click on the 'set up your fitbit versa lite' button, it just kicks me back to the previous screen. Online, I cannot even find where to add a second device.

A charge 2, which I've had for almost 5 years.

Sorry, I have only recently added devices through phone so am not up on other procedures.
The reason I asked about your other device is that several of the newer devices cannot co-exist on same account, but you should be okay for that with the Charge 2.
Hopefully someone else will jump in here and be able to help you.
