Adding a second smartwatch

Hi Everyone,

Please, does anyone know if it's possible to add one more Fitbit watch to my existing account? I have an Ionic that's somewhat developed a defect of not tracking steps but still does well when I jog. So, I got a Versa 2 to fill this gap but have no intention of getting rid of my Ionic because of its GPS capability which is missing in the Versa edition. When I attempted to add Versa, it instantly replaced the Ionic so here is the problem. Ionic was very robust with all the necessary feature fit for any lifestyle but for the step tracking issue.

Unfortunately Versa 2 and Ionic cannot coexist.

"Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time."

The only possible way around this is to make sure you sync first, then add the other as you did, which will remove the one you just synced; and go through that every time.  How difficult that becomes depends on whether you encounter issues getting "new" device through set-up.
