Adding rbc debit card to Fitbit pay

I am trying to set up my new versa 2 and my fitbit pay. Every time I try to enter my debit card it prompts me for an expiration date and cvc code as if it thinks it's a credit card. 

I have searched through your site and it states that here in Canada, RBC is an eligible bank, but RBC Debit cards do not have expiration dates or cvc codes. How do I add my RBC debit card?

I would call the number on the back of the credit card

It’s not a credit card. It’s the debit card

@Darilea either way, you want to contact the number in he back of the card. 

Fitbit has everything setup, now it is up to the banks to add Fitbit.
