Adding steps while it’s off my arm!

I take my Versa off at night and lay it on the bathroom counter. In the morning when I sync it, it has already counted 97 steps before I have ever even touched it! It rings up steps so fast you’d think I was a marathoner! I have measured my steps and put in accurate info. It counts every movement, arms and legs! Sorry but I’m not impressed with this device, especially for the money spent on it.

@LauraJB23 Switch the Wrist Placement setting in your Fitbit mobile app to Dominant to make your Versa less sensitive. Also, reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
