After adding music on my new versa, the songs are completely distorted and static.
I know this seems to be a common problem but I’m wondering if anyone has successfully played music from their watch. Thanks.

@Fthorne Definitively not a common problem. It could instead by with your headphones a/o bluetooth link? Some ppl complain about interruptions and 'static' - related to bluetooth dropouts... Static definitively appears bluetooth related. But distortion not...
You did not mention if you use the music app on the Versa (i.e., your downloaded music), or the Deezer app or Pandora. What I do know is that when you download your own music (say mp3 files), it does reformat the music data (bitrate and the like) and it maybe that there something strange happens? I download mp3's and use the music app and don't have this problem at all. Great music without any distortion and static/interruptions. I am using the Fibit Flyer earphones. So I am very happy with the sound quality!
@Moyan It depends on if you want to use music services like Deezer on Pandora, or download your own (non-DMR protected) music files? There is a lot of help on the fitbit pages on how to download your own music. You can start here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/
