I had issues detecting my versa in the Fitbit app. It was just not visible in the Fitbit app. Tried multiple phones iphone11, Samsung 8, Redmi 5 plus. Out of frustration I even did a factory reset. Now I can no longer use the watch the screen just says “to start download the Fitbit app”
I read many threads and tried
rebooting versa
rebooting phone
tried different phones
turning on and off Bluetooth multiple times
removed all the accounts and created new.
Ensure no other Bluetooth is active.
Ensured nothing is paired.
Nothing seems to help. Please help!!!

After discussing with Support, it seems there is no way to fix after you do a factory reset. The watch is becomes completely useless. I missed my warranty by just over a month and they were not even ready to reconsider it for replacement.
Overall my experience , it is ok as long it works else it is just a waste of money as no one knows how to fix it. Worst case i have a strong feeling these fault in product are all well known to FitBit , yet there is no acknowledgement nor fix for the existing users.
