After the firmware update my Versa stopped working. The screen just keeps showing the Fitbit logo and the battery life is showing in the top left corner. I've tried the "Hold down the power button" and it still will not work.

To reset you have to press and hold simultaneously the button on the left side and the bottom button on the right until the Fitbit logo shows up.
